PureStore uses a prepaid USD wallet. Add funds first, wait for the required confirmation, then purchase from the live catalog.
How to buy
1. Create or sign in to your account. 2. Add funds using PayPal, USDT BEP20, or Vietnamese bank QR. 3. Wait until the deposit shows as approved in wallet history. 4. Select an in-stock product and confirm the wallet payment. 5. Review delivery and status in order history.
Bank QR deposits
Enter the exact transfer reference and upload valid proof. Bank QR credits are never automatic: an admin must verify receipt before your USD balance changes. The current conversion and exact VND transfer amount appear only inside the Vietnam QR deposit flow.
Crypto safety
Only send USDT on BEP20 to the address displayed in the deposit screen. Sending another asset or network may cause permanent loss. Wait for blockchain confirmation and submit the transaction hash.
Order problem
Open a report from the related order. Include the order ID, what failed, when it happened, and non-sensitive evidence. Never send your account password, seed phrase, or private key.
Contact
Use the secure Contact form and include your PureStore account email plus the relevant order or deposit reference. Support will never ask for your password or crypto seed phrase. You can also join the PureHub Telegram community for general discussion.
