Terms of Service
These terms explain how the PureStore prepaid wallet and digital product marketplace work. Creating an account, adding funds, or placing an order means you accept them.
1. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, resale violations, or unlawful activity.
2. USD wallet and funding
All purchases must be paid from your internal USD wallet. PayPal and crypto deposits may be credited after payment verification. Vietnamese bank QR deposits require manual admin approval. The current internal conversion is shown only when Vietnam bank QR is selected; PureStore is not a foreign-exchange service.
3. Digital orders
Products, stock, and source availability can change. An order is accepted only when the wallet debit and supplier fulfillment both succeed. Digital credentials, codes, and files must be checked promptly and used according to the product instructions.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use PureStore for fraud, unauthorized access, sanctions evasion, money laundering, chargeback abuse, automated scraping, or activity that violates third-party rights. Wallet funds may not be transferred between users unless PureStore explicitly enables it.
5. Refunds and disputes
Digital goods are normally final after valid delivery. Failed, duplicate, or undelivered orders may qualify for a wallet refund after review. Contact support before filing a payment dispute; abusive chargebacks may lead to account restriction.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted supplier inventory or third-party payment networks. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order where permitted by law.
